Processing Time:


  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Orders placed after 3 PM CST will be processed the next business day.



Shipping Times:


  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (where available)



Shipping Restrictions:


  • We only ship to U.S. addresses where our products are legally permitted.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or international destinations.
  • You must be 21+ years of age to order from our store. Age verification may be required.



Shipping Carriers:


  • USPS, UPS, or FedEx (based on best availability)



Lost or Stolen Packages:


  • Cali Exotics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked “Delivered.”
  • Contact the carrier directly to file a claim.






🔄 Returns & Exchanges



All sales are final unless the item is:


  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect
  • Reported within 72 hours of delivery



Return Process:
